What you can do
Three statuses per order
Confirmation (pending, confirmed, cancelled, duplicated, fake, rescheduled), shipping (from not shipped to delivered or returned) and payment are tracked separately, so you always know where an order really stands.
Duplicates caught on arrival
Orders are matched by the last nine digits of the phone number across all your stores. You can merge a customer's open orders into one parcel before anything ships.
Blacklist protection
An order from a blacklisted number arrives already marked as fake, so nobody wastes a call or a delivery fee on it.
Filters and bulk actions
Filter by status, store, source, courier, product, agent or missed calls, then send to delivery, print labels, assign agents or send WhatsApp messages to the whole selection.
Automatic assignment
New orders get a courier from your delivery rules and an agent from your assignment rules — round robin, lowest load or best performance.
Exports you control
Export the selection or the current filter to CSV or Excel, up to 50,000 rows, and save your column layouts as templates.
