Use Cashod from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
The Cashod connector lets the AI assistant you already use read your orders, parcels, figures, stock and customers, and take the actions you allow, such as sending orders to delivery. It is a remote MCP server with an OAuth sign-in: you connect once with your Cashod account.
https://mcp.cashod.ma/mcpConnect Claude
On Claude Pro and Max (Claude Free allows one custom connector):
- 1In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector.
- 2Enter the name Cashod and the server URL https://mcp.cashod.ma/mcp.
- 3Under OAuth client, keep Use Claude's published identity (or choose Register automatically, both work), then click Add.
- 4Click Connect, sign in to Cashod with your own account and click Authorize.
- 5In a chat, click +, then Connectors, and switch Cashod on. Claude asks before each tool runs unless you change that in the connector's settings.
An organization Owner adds the connector once under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web, with the same name and URL. Members then find Cashod under Customize → Connectors and click Connect to sign in with their own Cashod account.
Any AI app that can add a remote MCP server with an OAuth sign-in works. In ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the same URL where your plan offers custom connectors; it opens the same Cashod sign-in.
What the assistant can do
Read
- Orders, their status and a lookup by order number
- Parcels and delivery status, delivery company performance and cities
- Revenue, KPIs, confirmation and call-center figures, agent performance
- Products, stock levels and customers
- The Cashod help guide, to answer how-to questions
Act
- Send one or many orders to your delivery company
- Get shipping labels
- Send WhatsApp message templates
Your organization's owner or an admin chooses what each AI app may do in Settings → AI Chat → AI connectors, for example allowing it to create, edit or assign orders, or turning sending off.
Security and privacy
- The assistant signs in with OAuth 2.0 and PKCE and never sees your password.
- It works as the Cashod member who connected it: that member's permissions and stores, never more.
- Access tokens last one hour, and a connection that goes unused for 30 days asks you to sign in again.
- To disconnect, remove or turn off the Cashod connector in your AI app.
- Cashod does not use your data to train AI models. Our privacy policy explains what is shared.
Troubleshooting
Remove the connector and add it again, choosing Use Claude's published identity or Register automatically under OAuth client.
The connection expired after 30 days without use, or the member was deactivated or has not verified their email. Reconnect the connector.
Your organization has not allowed that action for this AI app. An owner or admin can change it in Settings → AI Chat → AI connectors.
