Cashod tracks stock per warehouse and per variant, and moves it with your parcels: units leave the shelf when an order ships, are sold when it is delivered and come back when it is returned. Costs follow FIFO lots, so your stock value and cost of goods are exact.

What you can do
Stock that follows the parcel
On the shelf, in transit or sold: stock moves automatically with each order's shipping status, and returns go back on the shelf.
FIFO cost lots
Every receipt creates a lot with its quantity and unit cost; sales consume the oldest lots first for accurate cost of goods.
Several warehouses
Warehouses linked to your stores, with a default per store and stock per variant in each.
Every movement recorded
Restocks, shipments, sales, returns, adjustments, damage and transfers, with the history of each product.
Low-stock status
Products are marked low, critical or out of stock from your thresholds, with filters and AI insight cards to act on them.
Courier warehouse stock
If a courier stores your goods, Cashod pulls that stock every ten minutes from Sendit, Cathedis, Ameex, Speedaf, Forcelog, Olivraison and Livo.
