Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cashod's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cashod cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violation of any laws in your jurisdiction. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account without our prior written approval.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cashod's platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to close your account. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will provide you with the ability to export your data for a period of 30 days after termination.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cashod, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
